Post-Enrollment: Payment Plan Details Display

After a subscriber enrolls in a Flexible Payment plan, the microsite displays the selected payment arrangement details. Subscribers can review their plan information and understand their payment commitment. They can also confirm that the enrollment request was submitted successfully. This provides a clearer post-enrollment experience and helps subscribers understand the plan they selected.

Note

The Payment Plan section appears only when the subscriber has an active Flexible Payments plan. It is read-only on the microsite.

What the subscriber sees

After enrollment is confirmed, the microsite account view includes a Payment Plan section. For example:

  • Installment Amt: $239.43/mo

  • Inst. Remaining: 3

Expanded Plan Details

When the subscriber expands the Payment Plan section, the microsite displays the enrolled arrangement details, including:

  • Amount Financed: $1,056.76

    Displays the amount included in the payment arrangement.

  • Installment Amount: $299.43

    Displays the amount due for each installment payment.

  • Installments: 3

    Displays the total number of installments included in the plan.

  • Installments Remaining: 3

    Displays the number of payments still remaining in the plan.

  • Start Date: Jul 29, 2025

    Displays when the payment arrangement begins.

  • Projected End Date: Oct 31, 2025

    Displays the estimated completion date of the arrangement.

  • Amnesty Discount / Fee Forgiveness: -$158.51. Displays the fee forgiveness amount applied to the enrolled payment plan.

This information helps subscribers understand the payment commitment associated with the enrolled payment plan.

The post-enrollment experience provides greater visibility into the enrolled plan and improves subscriber confidence after enrollment.
