Xponent Journey Hub September 2025 (25.2.1) Release Notes

Prev Next

The 25.2.1 release brings significant enhancements to Current-State Analytics (CSA) and Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard (JDA). With the introduction of the CSA Saved Mapping Templates, teams can streamline data onboarding and reduce repetitive mapping tasks. In addition, improvements to the CSA data pipeline and JDA error messaging make analytics faster, clearer, and more reliable.

  • CSA Saved Mapping Templates: CSA Saved Mapping Templates have been introduced as an enhancement to Current-State Analytics. This feature allows teams to quickly reuse existing data mappings when uploading files with identical or similar fields. It is designed to simplify repetitive mapping, reduce errors, and accelerate data onboarding for configurers and analysts leveraging CSA.

If certain fields in the uploaded file are not covered by the selected saved mapping, only those fields need to be mapped manually. This ensures that most of the setup is automated while still giving flexibility to handle new or updated fields.

    Caution

    Disclaimer

If a CSA saved mapping template includes an Interaction that was later deleted, you may face issues in this Event Mapping screen. You may not be able to select existing Interactions, create new ones, or remap Journey Steps. To handle this, recreate the deleted Interaction in Project Settings using the same name, submit a support ticket to restore it, or restart the CSA flow using a different Template that does not include the deleted Interaction.

Continuous Improvements

  • 24-hour ETL Pipeline Bypass: The Current-State Analytics data pipeline has been optimized to bypass the existing 24-hour JDA refresh frequency. With this improvement, CSA data becomes available for analysis in JDA immediately after processing, typically within 30 minutes, though it may take up to 2 hours for large or complex files. This significantly reduces wait times for data availability and accelerates the analytics workflow.

  • JDA - Enhanced Analytics Error Messaging: The generic “Unable to retrieve analytics data” message in Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard has been replaced with more informative, user-friendly messaging. This enhancement provides contextual troubleshooting steps and a clear path to support, helping teams resolve issues faster and improving overall user experience.
