Overview
The 26.2 release introduces Single Sign-On (SSO) support for XCC and expands Keyword Response Reporting to include applicable MMS messages in the SMS dashboard. These enhancements improve user authentication options and provide broader visibility into keyword response activity.
Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)
XCC now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) through integration with a client-provided Identity Provider (IdP). If an IdP is not available, client users can be temporarily provisioned with standard username and password credentials.
Continuous Improvement
Keyword Response Reporting Across SMS and MMS
Keyword response reporting now supports both SMS and applicable MMS messages. As MMS responses are returned as SMS, reporting is available in the SMS dashboard.
