Segment List

Here, you can access the comprehensive list of all existing segments for your project.

For first-time users, the segment list will be empty. Use the Create Segment functionality to build or create a new segment.

• To open the Segment List, In the Analytics grid, click Segmentation.

Each segment has its associated Name, Creation Date, Segment Size, Size trend, Avg. Engagement Score, Definition, and Description.

Segment list can be sorted by segment Name, Creation Date, and Segment Size.

Delete Segment

This allows you to delete the required segment from the segment list.

• Select the required segment from the list.
• Click on the Delete button. The Delete Segment pop-up window asks the confirmation of the segment deletion.
• Click Delete.

Please be careful while deleting a segment. It is a permanent action and cannot be undone. However, if you have accidentally deleted a segment, you can recreate the same segment at any time.

Segment Listener

Users cannot delete segments that are referenced by a deployed Segment Listener. If attempted, an error appears in the notification panel:

View Segment

This action button allows you to read only / view the version of the Segment Builder page where they can view segment criteria.

Create Segment

This action button will bring you to the Segment Builder page, where you can define specific rules (Criteria, Operation, and Definition) and conditions (And, Or) for a new segment.
