Overview

The 26.2 release introduces enhanced subscriber self-service experiences, expanded analytics capabilities, and smarter payment  option eligibility controls across Payment Reminder. Subscribers gain greater visibility into their active payment plan and current payment obligations, while organizations benefit from embedded performance analytics, more relevant payment option presentation, and increased flexibility in configuring the enrollment experience. Together, these enhancements help improve payment transparency, streamline self-service interactions, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure subscribers are presented with payment options that align with their circumstances.

  • Analytics Dashboard

Introduces an embedded analytics dashboard within Payment Reminder that provides organizations with a consolidated view of program performance, digital self-service adoption, and payment outcomes. The dashboard enables operators to monitor key metrics, evaluate subscriber engagement, and measure the effectiveness of payment reminder programs from a single location.

The initial analytics experience includes performance reporting, payment trends, engagement insights, delinquency lifecycle visibility, and the ability to download and export dashboard views to PDF or image files. It's accurate and keeps the section MVP-calibrated. These insights help organizations assess business outcomes, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Continuous Improvements

  • Post-Enrollment Microsite Balance Due Display

Subscribers enrolled in a Flexible Payment can now view their current payment obligation directly on the Payment Reminder microsite. By displaying the amount due for the current billing period, the microsite provides greater clarity into what subscribers need to pay to stay current with their payment plan.

The enhancement also improves the post-enrollment experience by making balance information available immediately after enrollment, creating a more seamless self-service journey. Increased payment transparency can help reduce subscriber confusion, encourage timely payments, and improve the overall subscriber experience.

  • Pay Plan Card Display Configuration

Provides operators with greater control over the payment plan enrollment experience by allowing the Discount and Total Final Amount fields to be independently shown or hidden on the pay plan enrollment card. This flexibility enables organizations to align the subscriber experience with their specific payment plan offerings and business models.

By tailoring the information displayed during enrollment, organizations can present a cleaner and more relevant payment plan experience for subscribers. The enhancement also allows display preferences to be managed through configuration settings, making updates easier without requiring product changes.

  • Post-Enrollment Microsite Payment Plan Details Display

Subscribers enrolled in a Flexible Payment can now view key plan details directly on the Payment Reminder microsite, including their installment amount, plan duration, and other relevant plan information. This provides a convenient self-service reference that helps subscribers better understand and manage their payment commitments.

By making payment plan details easily accessible after enrollment, organizations can reduce subscriber uncertainty and improve the overall self-service experience. Greater visibility into plan information helps subscribers stay informed about their payment arrangements without needing to contact support.

  • Smarter payment option eligibility

Payment Reminder now applies enhanced eligibility controls when determining which payment options are displayed to subscribers. Options are presented based on subscriber and account-specific criteria, helping ensure that only relevant payment arrangements are shown.

By displaying appropriate payment options at the right time, organizations can reduce subscriber confusion, streamline self-service interactions, and guide subscribers toward the payment solutions best suited to their circumstances.
