Teams
The Teams module in XCC introduces a robust self-service capabilities for CSG/client administrators to create, configure, and manage teams across clients. This feature enhances collaboration, streamlines template visibility, and aligns team operations with real-world organizational models.
Granular control over team composition, roles, and channel access, helps admins make faster decisions, and maintain clarity across communication workflows. Teams module includes the following key capabilities:
Independent Team Structuring - Admins can independently create and modify teams with no support dependency. This empowers organizations to mirror real-world structures and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
Team-Based Template Access Control - Templates are now visible only to relevant users within a team, reducing clutter and ensuring focused collaboration. Admins can control access based on team membership and purpose.
Write with AI
The AI content generation capability is now seamlessly integrated into Xponent Communication Control (XCC), empowering strategists to craft visually compelling, personalized, and conversion-optimized email campaigns with minimal effort. This feature accelerates campaign development by generating impactful email content within seconds. It supports interactive messaging through dynamic elements such as emojis and rich content, enhancing audience engagement. With built-in multilingual translation, it enables global reach and connectivity. Additionally, AI-driven workflows ensure consistency, quality, and faster execution, making XCC’s integrated content generation service a smarter solution for modern email marketing.
Rich Communication Services (RCS)
Strategists can now use Rich Communication Services (RCS) as a new channel within XCC, enabling dynamic and engaging customer messaging. This update supports creating, saving, modifying, cloning, and deleting RCS templates, streamlining workflows, and boosting operational efficiency. RCS Business Messaging (RBM) enables enhanced brand recognition through the use of logos, brand names, and color palettes within message templates. This helps customers identify authentic communications, especially critical during fraud alerts and authentication flows and leads to increased open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. The improved branding also contributes to reduced opt-outs and stronger brand recall. RCS supports multiple message types, including Text and Rich Card.
Text
Basic Text supports up to 3,072 characters, which is significantly more than a standard SMS. It supports multiple character formats, including TXT, TeXT, US-ASCII, and UTF-8 (but not UTF-16). In RCS, it is possible to convert from a Rich Card to Basic Text, ensuring flexible and tailored content delivery ideal for transactional messages, alerts, and low-bandwidth scenarios. However, only the text content (title and main message) is retained during this conversion; all other media, suggested actions, and replies are removed. If a Rich Card is converted to Basic Text, it cannot be reverted to a Rich Card.
Rich Card
RCS templates feature Rich Cards that are the centerpiece of RCS Business Messaging (RBM), offering visually engaging and interactive formats. Rich cards support flexible media alignment, enabling both vertical and horizontal orientations for images and videos. This enhancement allows for tailored visual presentation based on content type and user experience goals.
Additionally, card elements are now fully configurable. Strategists can define titles, descriptions, and media fields, with support for high-resolution images and videos to enrich user engagement. Interactive elements have also been enhanced in Rich Cards to feature Suggested Actions and Suggested Replies. These cards focus on a single topic and provide clear, actionable options for users. Both Suggested Actions and Suggested Replies support only two action types: Open URL and Reply. A maximum of 4 Suggested Actions and 11 Suggested Replies are allowed as per Infobip specification.
Continuous Improvement

These innovations are further enhanced by continuous improvements, such as the SMS and MMS Template Thumbnail on Hover feature. This feature allows users to view template thumbnails directly from the list view and perform key actions, like creating a new version or deleting a template without opening it, thereby streamlining workflows.
